Forever I Do Weddings was started in 1992 by a family member as just a small notary service doing a few services a year and then grew to include other family: Lawrence and Noelle Weinzetl by adding services that they specialized in such as flowers, officiating and photography. In 2002, Lawrence and Noelle’s daughter, Stacy Green joined the company as the company’s full time wedding planner side by side with her father and grew the company to planning over 100 weddings her first year and continuing to break growth records each year becoming one of the premier wedding companies in the area. By 2005, Stacy Green and Lawrence Weinzetl became official co-owners with their family member by incorporating the company and then franchising the name.
In 2015, the firm, Forever I Do Weddings, Inc, was solely owned by the successful father/daughter team of Lawrence Weinzetl and Stacy Green covering the Emerald Coast of Florida including Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Mary Esther, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Dune Allen Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColors, Seaside, Seagrove Beach, Seaside, WaterSound, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach, Panama City Beach, Panama City, Niceville, Crestview, Baker, and Valpariso. With the passing of Lawrence in mid 2017, Stacy Green made arrangements for the company to expand to the Navarre and Pensacola by the end of 2017 to honor her dad’s legacy.
The event planning team includes two full-time wedding and event planners: Stacy Green and Annette Peterson, along with an experienced group of professional wedding coordinators: Annette Peterson, Lisa Smith, Christina Monk, Katalina Perry, Ronnie Kokis and many more. The company has top notch wedding services from officiants, award winning photographers, wedding décor and setup, videography, floral design, catering, cakes, rentals, and more.

Forever I Do Weddings, Inc. has been a featured vendor on The Knot, Wedding Wire, The Wedding Channel and Martha Stewart Weddings and has received the Couple’s Choice awards for numerous years as well as the Finest on the Emerald Coast in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017. The firm is one of the few wedding planners that are qualified beach vendor for both Okaloosa and Walton county which is a requirement in order to provide services throughout the area.
Stacy Green began in the wedding business in 2002 as a wedding photographer and Forever I Do Weddings’ only full time wedding planner growing and elevating the company to plan over 400 events in one year alone. She became one the co-owners of the original company in 2005 which soon became a multi-award winning office. In late 2014, Stacy and her father became the sole owners.
Stacy plans, coordinates and produces weddings, special occasions and non-profit events. She is a published professional photographer and leads Forever I Do Weddings’ photography group which also includes award-winning photographers. She earned the title of Professional Bridal Consultant with the world recognized Association of Bridal Consultants. She is a member of the international networking group, BNI, where she has been Chapter President in the Success Partners of Fort Walton Beach chapter.
Stacy has a passion for the wedding industry which fulfills both her artistic and detail-oriented sides of her personality. Her constant activity in the community has enabled her to work with local Air Force Squadrons and local school activities. Stacy’s skills have helped forge strong relationships with premier wedding venues and other wedding industry professionals which have helped to ensure the best options for her clients during their wedding planning.
Stacy was a scholarship student and then professional ballerina with the Northwest Florida Ballet. She attended OWCC now known as Northwest Florida State College and later became a professional ballroom competitor and instructor with Fred Astaire Dance Studios earning titles in Cabaret, Theatre Arts and American style rhythm. As an instructor in one of the nation’s top schools, Stacy participated in specialized management training in business and hospitality management which was integral in helping her to make her family’s company the success it has become.
Stacy resides in Fort Walton Beach with her husband, Jerry, and two children: Sydney and Chloe. She enjoys spending time with her family, being active in her church, and participating with continuing advance education to hone her craft of wedding planning and photography. One of her goal is to create an advocacy group against elder abuse.
Annette Peterson became part of the Forever I Do Weddings’ team in 2006 as a wedding planner and makeup artist then soon after she became one of the main wedding coordinators for the company. Annette assists in the planning and coordinating of weddings and special events and is the company’s head day of coordinator.
Annette was born and raised in Germany, but has lived half of her life in North America. Her professional background is in hospitality and hotel management with an emphasis on food & beverage. She has worked in premier hotels and resorts, internationally and in Canada and the US.
Almost 20 years ago she started dabbling in skin care and makeup with an emphasis on teaching. Over the last 11 years she has specialized in bridal makeup artistry and loves helping brides create their special look for the walk down the aisle.
With joining the Forever I Do Weddings’ planning and coordinating team in 2006, Annette returned to her hospitality roots and has enjoyed every aspect of being part of a growing and award winning company, that is passionate about their clients and their work.
Annette and Stacy share their belief in uncompromised integrity and their attention to detail and have been jokingly dubbed the “OCD twins”.
Annette resides in Fort Walton Beach with her sons Frederick and Benjamin. She enjoys spending time with her kids, cooking and traveling. She facilitates Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University and Legacy Journey classes at her church and is passionate about helping families achieve financial freedom.
Lawrence Weinzetl (1937 to 2017) was the co-owner of Forever I Do Weddings Inc. with his daughter, Stacy, and had been the finance and accounting manager of the company since 2002. He was the original photographer for the company when it first started and was a notary who performed hundreds of weddings for the company for 25 years.
Lawrence was a retired Air Force Master Sergeant after proudly serving for 25 years in the security field. He earned a Bronze star V device which denotes acts of heroism in combat/placed in harm’s way during his deployment in Thailand.
Lawrence later was in the insurance field with Modern Woodman of America and then worked in administration with Okaloosa Coordinated Transportation before retiring again to work full time with the family business of Forever I Do Weddings.
Lawrence resided in Fort Walton Beach with his wife, Noelle, who owns her own florist shop and is Forever I Do Weddings Inc.’s head floral designer. His first priority was to his family and was celebrating 45+ years of marriage prior to his death in June of 2017.
