Below is our a la carte pricing to create your own customized package for wedding services and event planning for the greater Destin, Florida area as well as the areas of Fort Walton Beach, Miramar Beach, Beaches of South Walton, Panama City Beach, Navarre and Pensacola.
With our services, our clients will also receive:
- four full-time wedding planners for during your planning
- unlimited emails and phone calls to answer all of your questions and provide wedding advice and suggestions

Hourly Coordination (for small events)
Our hourly coordination is designed to coordinate and event manage simple, straight-forward events for our smaller, more intimate events. Your coordinator ensures an organized, efficient and stress-free event for the time that you need them for: rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

Full Coordination Wedding Planning
Our full coordination includes what is popularly known as month of and day of coordination. This is our full services, concierge coordination option which is perfect for events with groups over 30 or ones with many DIY items.
Pricing begins at 950 (includes site visit, timeline, point of contact for all vendors, wrap up meeting and walk through, rehearsal, pre-ceremony, ceremony, reception and reception wrap up and pack up)

Add a mini session to your package for 100 or family beach sessions starting at 200 for portraits on a different day from the event.

We will pull any required permits and will cover and take care of the liability insurance requirements, required hold harmless agreements, approvals from the County, Sheriff’s Department, Public Safety and lease holders if required for your event location.
Our company is one of the few qualified beach vendors for both Okaloosa and Walton County.
