Service Area

Fees

  • 24% business fee applied to any package / service provided through Forever I Do Weddings.  4% discount off business available for check and cashier check payments.
  • National holidays and holiday weekends are $100 extra per vendor.
  • Extended travel areas: additional travel charge of $40 per hour. See “Service Area” for details.

Save the date planning charge

  • We have limited availability for wedding dates and we do not charge more for weekend dates.  To secure a wedding day with Forever I Do Weddings, a $100.00 nonrefundable save the date planning payment is required payable by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit or debit card.  This payment is not deducted from your balance.
  • This payment saves your date and provides you unlimited emails and phone calls with our two full-time wedding planners as well as in house meetings based on availability.  Your wedding planners will provide options, suggestions and pricing as well as assistance and advice with our services as well as advice and input on services not hired through our company.
  • Prior to making this payment, we offer an introduction to our planning with no obligation of up to three phone calls, two proposals, and one meeting so that you can see if this is the direction you would like to go.  Once your save the date planning charge is placed, your wedding date is immediately secured and you will have unlimited emails and phone calls and meeting options.  This payment does not obligate you to any wedding services for your event as you will have the opportunity to determine and book those services during your planning with us.

Payment Information

  • The retainer deposits are non-refundable and will immediately secure those services/vendors for your event; the retainers will be deducted from your balance as long as you choose to keep those services.
  • Final balances must be paid in full no later than four weeks prior to the wedding by check and two weeks if by credit or debit.
  • Short notice weddings: We do accommodate short notice events which are events less than four weeks out from the wedding date – pricing varies based on availability. Please contact our office for our short notice wedding guidelines.
